Mia Gargalak is a fashion designer and pattern maker with a refined eye for silhouette, texture, and character — specializing in both womenswear and menswear. Originally trained at ESMOD International, she brings a European sensibility to her design work, combining technical mastery with bold, expressive styling.

Her talents extend beyond the runway and into the cinematic world, where she collaborates with filmmakers, photographers, and directors to craft wardrobe designs that elevate visual storytelling. Whether constructing custom garments for narrative films, styling avant-garde fashion shoots, or tailoring looks for character-driven documentaries, Mia’s work consistently enhances the emotional tone of each frame.

Mia’s past experience includes backstage work on Bianca Saunders’ SS24 collection “SCRATCH”, a performance-inspired presentation paying tribute to dub icon Lee “Scratch” Perry. Now a key creative within Skyogi Productions, she contributes costume design, wardrobe direction, and on-set styling that reflect the soul of each story.
